All moves or excersises with the T-Bow have at least three levels of difficulty. On the level 1 course, the majority of the moves, along with correct body positioning which is essential to maximise the benefit in any work out will be taught along with a basic routine to start T-Bow classes in any centre.

the major movements and correct postural alignments essential to T-BOW®
Learn the practical skills to enable you to safely, effectively and enjoyably integrate T-BOW® into your exercise
classes or personal training sessions for cardio, balance, strength / toning, flexibility (and relaxation) gains.
Candidates must have completed the first course. This course will qualify you to obtain and use the
pre-choreographed T-BOW® routines and music in your classes. As a licensed Advanced
instructor you will also be entitled to submit yourself and your own original choreography for consideration to become part of the T-BOW® pre-choreographed options.
